Offered from 11 a.m.-11 p.m., the special Thanksgiving menu will include an herb roasted turkey breast with traditional turkey gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy apple sausage. Start off your meal with a choice of soup or salad.Dessert will include a pumpkin pie with cinnamon scented whipped cream. The herb-roasted turkey will serve as the main course and includes spiced apple-cherry bacon stuffing, whipped Idaho potatoes, traditional turkey gravy, buttered green beans and cranberry-fig dressing.

From 11 a.m.-11 p.m., enjoy a choice of soup or salad.

Dessert will include a seasonal dessert tray. They will have a choice of roasted turkey with apple-sourdough stuffing and giblet gravy or beef prime rib with white cheddar mashed potatoes for the fourth course. Guests will be served a shredded Brussels sprouts salad for the first course, followed by a second course of grilled gulf shrimp.

Head to the property’s culinary jewel on the 15th floor and sample the prix fixe menu from 12-8 p.m.

Both properties are honoring the holiday with special menu offerings on Nov. This buffet was $20 per person and we felt totally ripped off.Foodies can celebrate Thanksgiving with an array of delicious delights at Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona. As far as desserts - the best choice was straight out of the soft ice cream machine. Barbeque chicken was extremely dry as was the fish choices. The onion rings had a sign above them that said 'hush puppies' but these were definitely straight out of a frozen bag of onion rings.

The other salad choices were all made with heavy mayonnaise. The wine vinegar bottle was so old the liquid came out drip by drip - sooo slowly. They did not even have a low calorie or fat free dressing. As for the salad bar - a few standard items are not too enticing. The tiny sirloin steaks were so tough you couldn't chew them. In two seconds the raw slice turned into well done nasty meat.

At that point everyone on line was asking for their extremely slim slice to be put on the grill to get cooked a bit more. It was so rare that the blood was dripping out of it. Agree totally with the previous reviewer 'Horrible Horrible Horrible! We went Saturday night and they tout their prime rib.
